Marian is one of only two women to have gained Accredited Auctioneer status from the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) and is New Zealand’s only full time female Auctioneer.

Marian was a finalist at the 2000 New Zealand Senior Property Auctioneer’s Championships, placing her in the top 4 auctioneers in the country. Marian is also the only woman finalist in Australasia since the inaugural Championships in 1993.
